Beginning of the Year Reminders

- Schedule change requests were due on June 29th; further changes will only be made under extenuating  
circumstances and must go through the high school office.  
 
- General fees, including course fees, have been applied to your account on 7/17/12. Your total may reflect a  
past due balance, so please check your statement details online or ask for a printed report in the office. If  
you qualify for free lunch, certain course fees will be waived. Payments can be made at the district and  
high school offices on Tuesday, August 7 and Wednesday, August 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Remember  
that we ask that separate checks be written for lunch accounts and general fees due to the way in which fees  
are processed. Please verify your fees for accuracy and contact the high school or district office if you have any questions.  
 
- Forms, including physicals, dental exams and free/reduced meal program applications should be turned-in  
promptly before the start of school. All forms are posted on our school website and also in the Digital Locker  
of your TeacherEase accounts.  
 
- Free & Reduced Breakfast/Lunch applications are posted on our school website and are available in any  
office. All students will be marked as "paid" on the first day of school and charges will not be waived until  
applications are approved and proper documentation has been received. Therefore, we are encouraging you  
to apply early to avoid charges. Applications are due no later than Friday, August 17th.
