Seniors-Mrs. Wolter has information about an ACT prep class through SWIC.  The cost is around $160 and starts this weekend.  Please pick up information in the counselor's office

Junior & Seniors-interested in taking dual enrollment classes at SWIC during NAIL please see Ms. Wolter to sign-up


The Math team will be competing at SWIC on Monday.


The volleyball program would like to thank everyone who participated and bought merchandise for the Volley For The Cure Week.  It's amazing how many people in our school district donated money to find a cure for breast cancer.  We are overwhelmed with all the support and kindness.  THANK YOU!!!

Sophomores will have the lunch speed pass next week.


The performing arts group will be hosting a fundraising event at Freeburg McDonald's on Tuesday from 4-8PM.  Part of the proceeds from sales will be donated back to the school group.  Please help support their efforts.


Mr. Rader's enrichment group should meet in room 102 before boarding the bus.


Student Council will meet next Wednesday during homeroom.

Congratulations to Zach Bogacki and Zach Bickel who earned individual medals for finishing 11th and 12th out of 110 runners at the Chester CC Invitational meet. Luis Cantos and Tyler Paxton ran personal bests to finish as the 3rd and 4th New Athens' runners.  Marc Dontigney and Cody Rettinghouse rounded out the top six.  Molly works earned an individual medal for finishing 2nd out of 80 girls.  Brandi Garret ran a personal best to finish 34th overall.  Morgan Kelley rounded out the girl's team. The team has a home meet on Monday at 4;15 PM.


School will be dismissed at 12:11 PM today for School Improvement Activities.


The volleyball team lost to Marissa last night in three games. The team  competes in the Sparta Tournament on Saturday.

Students who have been assigned a detention need to meet with Mr. Works today to schedule those detentions for next week.
