Seniors-The SIUE representative will be here on October 12th at 8:15 a.m. If you would like to meet with her, please sign up in the high school office

If any students would like to register to vote, please see Mr. Works. You must be 18 years old.

The Hall of Fame Banquet is Friday, October 5th in the evening. Mr. Works is looking for student volunteers to help out at the banquet. This is a good opportunity for "volunteer service" for college applications and scholarships. See Mr. Works if you are interested.

There will be an FCA meeting Wednesday, October 3 at 7:30 AM.

Jostens will be here during NAIL period today to talk with sophomores about class rings. The meeting will be in the HS gym. Ring orders will be taken on Tuesday, October 2nd from 3:05-5:30 in the main foyer.

The sophomore class is selling school spirit temporary tattoos. You can purchase them from Mrs. Thoma or Mrs. Dinkelman starting today.

Student council will be selling hoodies and tshirts through October 10th. Please see your student council representatives to place an order. You need to prepay if you are getting your name or number on the back, otherwise, you can pay when they come in.

· Seniors-The SWIC representative will be here on October 3rd at 3:00. If you would like to meet with her, please sign up in the office.

· Seniors-The SEMO representative will be here Monday at 8:15. If you are interested in meeting with her, please sign-up in the high school office.

· Seniors-The MacMurray College representative will be here during NAIL on Monday. If you wish to meet with him, please sign up in the high school office.

The top 5 girls (Olivia Hoffman, Bailey Dudeck, Alina Lance, Courtnie Niederbrach, and Lexi Cahoon) all earned individual medals as the girls placed 3rd at yesterday's Chester Cross Country Invitational. Derek Hoffman won and individual award in the boy's varsity division while Dylan Toedte won an award in the fresh/soph division. The team has a home meet on monday.

All three volleyball squads (varsity/jv/freshmen) won their "volley for the cure" matches last night at Marissa. The varsity team plays in the Sparta Tournament on Saturday.

First floor is dismissed early for lunch next week.

All students may go in the gym during lunch period today.

Today's lunch menu includes cheese pizza for A lunch and fish sandwich for B lunch
