Attention all students and faculty:  The baseball team will be playing at GCS Ballpark, home of the Gateway Grizzlies, on Thursday, April 29th.  The game will start at 7:00pm against Mr. Noffke's Alma mater, Stewardson/Strasburg.  Tickets are $4.00/seat and can be purchased from any baseball player.  We hope to see you there!
Third floor is dismissed early for lunch this week and next.
Student Council will be meeting on Friday during homeroom.
Parents of senior students should contact Peggy if they will be attending the Rotary Luncheon on Monday, May 3rd.
Honor Society members will be practicing for the banquet after school on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The baseball and softball teams are scheduled to play at Red Bud today.  The bus is scheduled to leave at 3:00 so players should be dismissed at 2:45. The teams are also scheduled to play at Steeleville tomorrow.

Juniors:  To show their appreciation for the hard work you will be putting into the PSAE/ACT tests this week, teachers will be serving you donuts, milk and juice in Mr. Hull's room at 8:05 on Wednesday morning before you leave for the testing.!


Students who will be attending U of I livestock and dairy judging on Tuesday need to meet in Miss Hand's room briefly during homeroom today.


Thank you to everyone from the FFA who helped make the banquet a success! Congrats to all of the winners!


·         Seniors-Washington University invites you to attend a session on Essay Writing Tips (for students) and Financial Assistance 101 (for parents) on Tuesday, April 27th at 7:00 p.m.  There will be an optional campus tour that begins at 5:30 and session check-in begins at 6:30.  

·         Seniors-The Lenzburg Lions Club Scholarship is being offered to a resident of Lenzburg.  The scholarship is for $500.00.  Please check in guidance office for details.          Deadline: 4-30-10

·         Seniors-exploring a career in earth science-The St. Louis Science Center is offering scholarship opportunities to students entering this field of study.  For information please check in guidance office.  Deadline: 4-30-10.
