The Hall of Fame Banquet is Friday, October 5th in the evening. Please let Mr. Works know if you plan on volunteering to help at this event.


The NA After Prom weekend to work the Waterloo Sportsmans Haunted Trail is Oct 19 & 20th


Congratulations to the volleyball team for finishing 2nd in the Sparta Tournament. Anisa AlBori and Denae White were selected to the all-tournament team.
 
Student Council will be meeting during activity period tomorrow.


 

There will be an FCA meeting Wednesday, October 3 at 7:30 AM.
 

The deadline for the 7th annual AES Scholarship is October 5, 2012 . The scholarship  will be awarding $500 to the winner(s) again this year.   If you have not already submitted an application, please visit our website at http://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.htmto learn how to apply.

 Ring orders will be taken on Tuesday, October 2nd from 3:05-5:30 in the main foyer



Student council will be selling hoodies and t-shirts through October 10th. Please see your student council representatives to place an order. You need to prepay if you are getting your name or number on the back, otherwise, you can pay when they come in.


· Seniors-The SWIC representative will be here on Wednesday at 3:00. If you would like to meet with her, please sign up in the office.

· Seniors-The SEMO representative will be here today at 8:15. The meeting will be in room 202.


Juniors who want to take the PSAT test on October 17th need to register and bring ni their $14 ASAP. The first 20 registered students are eligible to take the test.



· Seniors-The MacMurray College representative will be here during NAIL today. The meeting will take place in the computer lab.




The cross country team has a home meet today. Any student who could volunteer t ohelp at the meet today should let Mr. Works know ASAP.



The volleyball team plays at Trico on tuesday and at Valmeyer on Wednesday.

There is no school Friday due to the county institute and no school next Monday due to Columbus Day.


First floor is dismissed early for lunch this week.


Juniors and seniors may go in the gym during lunch period today.


Today's lunch menu includes hamburger on bun for A lunch and chicken nuggets for B lunch
