Thank you to everyone who worked at the boat races this weekend!  Everything seems to have gone very smooth and the drivers were very pleased with everyone.  If you worked and have not received a T-shirt, see Mr. Kinzinger.

Congratulations to participants of the section 22 Vo-Ag fair in Waterloo.  Emily Holland recieved two first place trophies for her horse entry. Renee Kinzinger recieved third and Rachel Kinzinger recieved fourth in the market steer class.

The Hall of Fame Banquet is Friday, September 24th.  The banquet is open to anyone, but each guest who plans on eating must notify Peggy and pay $10 at the door for the meal. Doors open at 5:00 and the meal begins at 5:30PM. This year's inductees are former band director, Don Sexton, and Jim Wahlig, a 1977 graduate who excelled in baseball.

The after-prom committee is looking for students to work the Haunted Trail at the Waterloo Sportsman's Club on October 8th and 9th.  Students will be dressed up as Zombies for the theme of "Night of the Living Dead". Each student receives a meal and drink ticket and the students will need to be available from 6 PM until 11:30 PM. Volunteers are also needed for set up and tear down.  At least two adult supervisors are also needed.  Interested students may sign up in the high school office.

Freshmen have the speed pass for lunch this week.
