The boy's basketball team defeated Red Bud last night 69-67 as Blake Ragland led the way with 24 points.  The team concludes their regular season with senior night this Friday against Steeleville.
The girl's high school basketball team will be hosting a spaghetti supper prior to Friday's home basketball games. Food will be served beginning at 5PM.
Student Council needs to meet Thursday morning during homeroom.
Congratulations to Bailey Dudeck on advancing to the Sectional finals in the three point shooting contest. If Bailey shoots well enough Thursday, she will advance to the State Tournament finals.
Mrs. Patton needs to meet with volleyball players during activity period on Thursday.
There will be a meeting for seniors during homeroom next Tuesday.
Any student wanting to hear a presentation by the Marines concerning Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps(NROTC) should sign up with Mr. Works by Thursday.  The meeting would be next Tuesday during homeroom.

Attention Seniors:  FASFA completion workshop will be Thursday, February 16th from 5:00-6:00pm in room 101 during Parent Teacher Conferences.  Please come  visit us before Trivia~! Bring your tax information and please RSVP to the counselor at kwolter@na60.org to save a seat.

The Honor Society Induction Ceremony will be on Tuesday, February 28.  Congratulations to the following newly selected memebers:  Paige Modglin, Lucas Marlow, Justin Asher, Kelsey Carlisle, Brianna L'Hote, Travis Shoemaker, Roger Blake, Mike Niederbrach, Kylie Walker, Mickayla Neuwirth, Cody Rettinghouse, and Mallory Warnecke.


Yearbooks will be on sale this  week during lunch.  They will cost $35 each --- thanks to the support of those buying candy and snacks from Vespa.  The deadline to purchase a yearbook will be March 15.


A representative from the Navy will be here during lunch period today.


All Honor Society members including those newly selected will meet with Mrs. Hogg during homeroom this morning.


Mr. Works will supervise conditioning Thursday after school for any students interested in workingout.

·        Seniors-Buick Achievers Scholarship Program is offering scholarships to students planning to major in a field of study focusing on engineering, technology, design or business, with an interest in automotive industry.  Deadline: 2-29-12.

Sophomores and seniors may go in to the gym during lunch period today.
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held  Thursday and Friday.  Parents wanting a conference should contact Peggy (475-2173) in the high school office.
There is no school on Friday due to parent Conferences and no school on Monday due to president's Day.


First floor is dismissed early for lunch  this  week.
