The boy's basketball team defeated Red Bud last night as Vince Kiefer had an outstanding all around game. The final home game will be this Friday as we recognize senior players and cheerleaders.  The boys begin Regional play at Trico on Tuesday with an 8PM game against Elverado.

Congratulations to the following students for placing in the public speaking CDE last night:

Rachel Kunzinger - 1st place varsity prepared, Erika Laumbatttus-5th place varsity extempt, Renee Kinzinger-3rd place creed, Roger Neff-3rd place jv extempt, Ellie Besserman - ranking 7th in creed

Good Luck to Rachel as she moves onto districts April 7th!


Juniors need to turn in their 2010 Youth Salute forms today!


All baseball players:   Money for discount cards is due this Friday!!  Bring all money and extra cards to Mr. Doehring's activity period on Friday.


Yearbooks will be on sale during lunch this week.  The price is $40 for a basic yearbook.  Options can also be purchased for $5 each.


Parents of current 8th grade through 11th grade students are invited to attend an informational meeting concerning the Performing Arts Disney trip (band, chorus, HS Play) next Thursday February 18th at 7PM in the HS Library.  Even if you are not in band, chorus or theatre now, but think you might join, please come to the meeting. We will be sending home a flier today.


There will be a volleyball meeting today during activity period in room 102.


All students interested in participating in track this spring need to meet with Mr. Rader in the high school gym during activity period on Thursday.


The after-prom formal dress re-sale is this Saturday from 1-4 PM in the junior high gym. For more information, see the posters and flyers posted around the school.


First floor is dismissed early for lunch this week and next.


The end of 3rd quarter has been extended from March 5th to March 12th due to the number of snow days that have been used.  This will balance 3rd and 4th quarters so that each period will be 9 weeks of instruction time.


Congratulations to all the students who participated in yesterday's Math Field Day.  Special Congratulations to the freshman team of Renee Kinzinger, Kellsie Ruhmann, and Keith Helfrich for their honorable mention placing.  And to the senior team of Austin Range, Matthew Roddy and Ethan Tadlock for their 3rd place finish.  Great job guys!!
