Second floor is dismissed early for lunch this week.
 

Volleyball Players attending the SIUE Team camp this summer need to pay Mrs. Patton $25 by the end of this month.   The dates for the team camp are Thursday, July 29 and Friday, July 30th.

 

Open Gym has been moved from Wednesday to Thursday this week 3:30 - 5:00 in the H.S. Gym.

 

Volleyball Pictures will be on Wednesday, March 24th at 3:30 in the H.S. Gym ----DO NOT FORGET YOUR MONEY AND FORMS!!!!!

 

Reminder:  Get your teams signed up for the 2nd Annual Co-Ed Volleyball Tournament.  It's Saturday, April 24th------  Cost is $7.00 a person and the top 3 teams will receive T-shirts this year..       Sign up with Mrs. Patton!

 

If you have not purchased a yearbook yet and would still like to do so, Mrs. Albert will accept final payments today. 

 
The end of 3rd quarter is this Friday.
 
Austin Range and Ethan Tadlock will be participating in the WYSE academic contest this tomorrow at McKendree.
 
Afternoon Beck students will not attend their vocational classes on Friday.
 
Mrs. Quast's foreign language students are celebrating foreign language week with the following activities:
 
 
Wednesday:  Dress as your favorite famous foreign person
Thursday:  Classroom presentations on a foreign country.
Friday:  Foreign food/cuisine day in class.
 
Chemistry students will be attending a field trip to the University of Illinois on Friday.
 
Today is the last day to order a prom t-shirt. 
 
Cross country runners should see Mr. Works to sign a thank you card for Grandma Laumbattus.
 
After Prom ticket sales will be on the following Thursdays:  March 18th & 25th, and April 8th & 15th.  Dairy Queen mini-blizzard certificates will be given to those students who purchase after-prom tickets on March 18th. Tickets will be $5.  All students 18 and younger will need a signed permission slip to purchase a ticket.
 
Selected FFA students will be attending the Ag. Legislative Day in Springfield next Tuesday, March 16th.
 
Daylight savings time begins this Sunday.
 
Honor Society Candidate Forms are due today.  They must be turned in to Miss Boyles to qualify for nomination/induction.
 
Congratulations to Erika Laumbattus on earning all-conference honors in girl's basketball.
 
The first track meet is Wednesday, March 17th at Dupo.
 
The first softball and baseball games are Saturday, March 20th.
