Tickets for a St. Louis Blues hockey game against the San Jose Sharks on Saturday, November 14th are being sold for $20 each.  The tickets will be in the "Mezzanine End Low".  $5 of each ticket sold will be returned to the after-prom.  A fundraiser order form is in the office.  Checks should be made payable to:  New Athens School District #60.  The deadline to order is this Friday.


Second floor is dismissed early for lunch this week.


The varsity cross country runners compete in the Regional meet at Chester on Saturday morning. The bus will leave at 8:15 AM.  the girls run at 10:15 and the boys run at 11:15.


Selected FFA members will be attending the National Convention today through Friday. 


The Library Trivia Night will be held this Saturday at the Bullpen


Seniors- Ranken will be here on October 22nd during Activity Period.   If you are interested in meeting with the representative sign up in guidance office by noon on October 21st.

Mrs. Wolter needs to meet with seniors today during activity period in room 202.

Mr. Works needs to meet with all cross country runners this morning during home rooom

Jazz Band will begin Thursday morning from 7:30-8:16 in the band room.  Anyone that wants to participate is welcome!

Picture retake day is scheduled for Tues, Oct 27.  Lifetouch will also be taking group pictures for the play cast and class officers with sponsors.

The Students that were accepted after the IMEA Band and Chorus auditions last Monday are:  Sarah Ivy on voice and Rachel Kinzinger on trumpet.  They will get to participate in a festival in November! 

Congratulations to the JV volleyball team for remaining undefeated in conference play with their win over Dupo last night.  The team's only loss this year was to Gibault.

Student council will be meeting during homeroom on Friday.

Detentions will be monitored by Mrs. Briesacher on Thursday.
