The New Athens FFA is taking part in a food drive sponsored by the Illinois FFA Association. We are asking all homerooms to voluntarily participate in collecting non-perishable food items. Half of what is collected will be donated to the local food bank, CESNA. The other half will be taken to Springfield June 9th-11th during state convention. The homeroom with the most items collected will win an ice cream party. Thank you for your support!

Boys track team will be dismissed at 3:00 today, and leaving at 3:15 for their Sectional meet at Nashville.

Mr. Works would like to meet with all students interested in participating in cross country next fall.  The meeting will be during homeroom on Monday, in room 202.  This meeting is for both new runners interested in the program and for runners who have participated in the past.
