Just a reminder to all scholar bowl participants that our first match is tonight in Freeburg.  We will meet in the cafeteria immediately after school.  

4th place with 47 points: Freshmen
3rd place with 93 points: Seniors
2nd place with 97 points: Juniors
1st place with 100 points: sophomores

Homecoming tickets will be on sale at lunch.  The tickets are $5 each or $8 a couple

The Dance starts at 7:00 on the 9th.  Do not get to school before 6:45.

Remember that this is a class competition.  Every day is worth points for a total at the end of the week.  Every day you dress up, you earn a percentage point for your class.  Each dress up day is worth 40 points, the hall is worth 200 points, the poster is 200 points, and the skit is 200 points.  Tug-of War and the Eating contest is each worth 50 points.  There will be sign up posters in the cafeteria next week.

We will have 22 minutes of skit practice scheduled for each class.  We will start with the freshmen at the beginning of second hour and sophomores will have the rest of the time 2nd hour.

Juniors will practice at the beginning of 3rd hour, Seniors, the rest of 3rd hour.

4th hour:  All senior stu co members need to come and help decorate the gym.

After Prom is selling stadium cushions $15 each.
We plan to sell at every JH/HS home basketball games.
Perfect for school sporting events, band concerts, graduations, plays, etc.

All profits to purchase attendance prizes during after prom.

§  Seniors-The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis is offering scholarships to graduating seniors attending an in-state public college or university or out-of-state college or university offering in-state tuition.  You can apply on-line.  More information available in the office.  Deadline: 1-1-18.

§  Seniors-The 2018 CBAI Foundation of Community Banking is being offered to any senior.  Student must submit an essay.  Information on this scholarship is available in the high school office.  Deadline: 2-7-18.
