Reminder that your $15 is due to Mrs. Wolter for the FCA Cardinal night at the ballpark.  Money is due on Thursday.

All students taking the PSAE/ACT need to attend the mandatory meeting today, during Homeroom - 2nd Hour.  Students need to check in with their homeroom teachers this morning and give their lunch selection.  Please be in room 301 by 8:20 am.  Remember to bring two #2 pencils (cannot be mechanical) and your social security number.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Hogg.

Congratulations to the softball team on their victory over Valmeyer last night.

The baseball and softball teams have home games against lebanon on Thursday.

New Athens will not attend the FS track meet this Saturday at Breese Central.

The HS Spring Concert is tonight at 7PM in the junior high gym.

The last day to buy after prom tickets is next Tuesday.  Tickets are $5 each and each junior/senior may invite one guest.  Students may attend after prom without going to the prom.  

 
Prom tickets will be sold during lunch period each Wednesday and Friday until prom.
 
Guest permission slips for the prom must be turned in to Mr. Works by Wednesday, April 17.
 
The girls 4X800 relay team of Olivia Hoffman, Courtney Steiger, Rachel Brunker, and Molly works placed 1st in last night's track meet. Lexy Huffman, Tiffany Spears, Deandre Crockarell, Laura Kreher, and Zach Daniels all scored points for the time.
 

Second  floor is dismissed early for this week..

 

Freshmen and sophomores may go in the gym during lunch period.

 

Today's lunch menu includes BBQ rib on bun for A lunch and chef salad for B lunch.
 
·        Seniors-Illinois Hospital Research & Educational Foundation Scholarship is being offered to students entering the medical field of study.  Applications are available in the guidance office.  Deadline: 4-15-12.
 

·        Senior Girls-The Margery Smith Recruitment Grant is offering a $1,000.00 Scholarship to a student entering the field of teaching.  If you are interested in this, please check in the guidance office for details.  Deadline: 4-13-12.
